To provide consistent and coordinated research & design-development resources organized on the basis of natural and real systems stratification for exploration of structural meta-systemic relationships occurring in the world. To provide and support auxiliary frameworks, peripheral facilities and external programs that serve to promote and develop a working meta-systems framework in real time in the world.
